We are so pleased to hear that you and your pet have decided to make your new home at Le Mirage Apartment Homes!  Before you move in, we ask that you review our breed restrictions and submit the application through PetScreening.

In addition, documentation from your veterinarian showing the pet is less than 45 lbs, and current registrations is required prior to moving your pet into the community.

 We know your pets are an important part of the family which is why we are pleased to accept both pets and service animals at our community. Our community uses PetScreening, a third-party pet application service that is both simple and secure while storing your pet's information conveniently in one place

If you already live at Le Mirage Apartment Homes and are getting a pet, make sure to notify the leasing office right away so we can help you make the appropriate arrangements.  Please refer to your lease agreement/ pet addendum for additional details, requirements or restrictions that may apply.

We allow up to 2 pets per each home

Animals must be spayed or neutered

**Service or Companion/ Assistance Animals are exempt from the restricted breed list 

Pet Deposit (Refundable) $150 per pet

Pet Fee (Non-Refundable) $350 per pet

Pet Rent Monthly $20 per pet
